A little about us
Welcome to Cattlemen’s Livestock Auction in Harrison, Arkansas. We are a family owned and operated sale barn and understand the importance of marketing your beef cattle for sale at the highest price because we are also lifelong farmers who are passionate about the livestock industry.
We are not only here to sell your cattle but to market them. Whether you are bringing livestock to our weekly cattle sale or to our sheep and goat auction, we present your animal to the largest selection of buyers in the area.
We accept cattle from Monday morning until 9:30 that night for our weekly Tuesday sale, as well as all day on the day of the sale.
If Mondays are ever a conflict, we will gladly make arrangements to take them any day of the week. We appreciate your business and want to be as accommodating as possible.
We have 100 acres sectioned out into 40 acre lots down to single acre pens surrounding the barn and can turn your weaned cattle out to pasture to prevent shrink. We have several grass traps with feed and hay bunks, automatic waterers along with 5 acres under roof.
The cattle facility capacity here at Cattlemen’s Livestock Auction is 4,500 head of cattle. Our steel pipe pens and alleyways are regularly cleaned with our best efforts to lower any chance of disease transmission, along with the vet shack and head chute.
Misters and fans run around the clock during warm weather to keep your cattle calm and cool. We ensure your livestock are handled and cared for properly when they are with us. You will appreciate the way our employees help tend to your animals in preparation for the sale.
Our location is accessed with ease when pulling a trailer. We are located outside the city limits and have an extra spacious parking lot to help you maneuver right off the highway. Our restaurant is open for breakfast lunch and dinner on sale day, so come grab a chair and a number.
We invite you to come join us for a sale and check out our facility. You'll see for yourself how we bring honesty and integrity to every sale.
