The market was good today for the conditions the pens are in at the feed yards. Everyone is fighting the mud. Compared to last week 300# – 600# steers traded steady. 600# – 800# steers traded 6-8 higher. The 300# – 400# bulls traded steady. 400# – 500# bulls traded 5 -7 higher. 500# – 800# bulls traded 3 to 5 higher. The 300# – 500# heifers traded steady. The 500# – 800# heifers traded 6 – 10 higher. Weigh cows and bulls traded 2-3 lower.
